During the Quit India Movement in 1942, Laxman Nayak led tribal protests against colonial rule. He was falsely accused of violence and arrested by British authorities to suppress the resistance movement.

Martyrdom & Sacrifice

Despite facing a harsh trial, he remained fearless and committed to his cause. On 29 March 1943, he was executed by the British, becoming a martyr and symbol of tribal resistance and freedom.
